Colin Harding
Managing Director
Colin formed CJ Design in 1990 and has been the driving force behind its continued growth. As Managing Director he has focused on developing a people driven design engineering company – they are its best asset.
Colin Hoare
Mechanical Director
Colin joined CJ Design in January 2000 as Mechanical Director. He maintains a key interest in all projects within the Practice whether directly or indirectly involved.
Kerry Francis
Company Secretary
Kerry joined CJ Design in January 2002 and became Company Secretary in 2005.
She has worked within the building services industry for the past 25 years and has over 30 years experience in office management.
Nick Tippett
Associate Director
Nick re-joined CJ Design in August 2019 as Associate to head up the residential sector. He previously worked at the company in 2016 and left to set up his own consultancy.
David Moir
Associate
David joined CJ Design in March 2014 as a Senior Electrical Engineer and specialises in working on projects in the retail, commercial and residential sectors.
Jo Harding
Business Development Manager
Jo joined CJ Design in July 2013 as Business Development Manager.
Jo works across all sectors for CJ Design including retail, commercial and residential.
Paul O'Neill
Senior Project Engineer
,Paul joined CJ Design in April 2008 as a Senior Engineer to the mechanical team. Over the last couple of years he has focused on developing within the Practice a system of providing a specialist service.
Kathala Saddler
Senior Project Engineer
Kathala joined CJ Design in 2014 as a Project Engineer and has worked across a variety of project types, both new build and refurbishment.
She is a registered Low Carbon Consultant.
Nash Kovachev
Senior Project Engineer
Nash joined CJ Design in November 2017 as an Electrical Design Engineer. He has previously worked on the electrical design for Dorsett City Hotel in London and has experience in a number of residential developments and office .
Eddie Howes
MEP CAD Technician
Eddie joined CJ Design in September 2017 as an MEP CAD Technician. He works on designs for clients like Ted Baker, Urban Revivo and Ministry of Justice.
Richard Leitch
Project Engineer
Richard joined CJ Design in January 2020 as a Mechanical Project Engineer, previously working predominantly in the residential sector.
Ben Eades
Project Engineer
Ben joined CJ Design in October 2019 with a 1st Class Integrated Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is currently working in the Electrical department, with aspirations to become well versed in all aspects of engineering, including Mechanical design.
Samantha Rumney
Senior Administrator
Samantha joined CJ Design in January 2015. She supports all staff through the life cycle of our projects and takes charge of organising training through our CPDs. Sam also assists in the running of the office.
